Friendly staff who are nice to deal with and the manager is committed to making things right. 🌟 This place has budget-friendly rates and the staff here are very pleasant. the manager assured us that any issues would be promptly addressed, which was reassuring.

Everything was perfectly fine, including efficient staff and easy location to centre around 25-30. Units with large double bed an a single bed. Location: the hotel was near Countdown supermarket, restaurants and service station and the mall. We ordered lunch at Coriander's, located steps away from the venue.

We had a great time staying at 311 Motel Riccarton. The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall and stores, which made it easy for us to do some shopping. We loved the fact that there was a delicious Chinese cuisine restaurant within walking distance from the hotel.

The staff at the motel were excellent and the location near the airport was ideal. the room was spacious, well-organized, and had a TV, a large double bed, and a single bed. the facilities at the motel were also good.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the room layout was fantastic, with two spacious bedrooms that provided ample space for our group. Secondly, the staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to meet our requests. In particular, David at the reception was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with well-made beds and a tidy atmosphere. the hotel offered excellent facilities, including a large double bed and single bed in each room, making our stay comfortable and convenient.

All aspects of our stay were fantastic, nothing to improve.
